Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting our web site. This privacy policy tells you how we use personal information collected at this site. Please read this privacy policy before using the site or submitting any personal information. By using the site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. These practices may be changed, but any changes will be posted and changes will only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis. You are encouraged to review the privacy policy whenever you visit the site to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used.

What information do we collect?

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes information of your browser, IP address, your ISP (internet service provider, such as Videotron or Rogers), your geographical location.

We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our Web page. We do collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, but we never sell your personal information to third parties.

What do we use the information for?

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor.

Do we use cookies?

We use cookies to record user-specific information on what pages users access or visit, so that we can customize Web page content based on visitors' browser type or other information that the visitor sends.

Third party links?

We also use third party advertisements to support our site. Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies when they advertise on our site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP, the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites).

You can chose to disable or selectively turn off our cookies or third-party cookies in your browser settings, or by managing preferences in programs such as Norton Internet Security. However, this can affect how you are able to interact with our site as well as other websites.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.
